I noted that the color came out differently on this size of bag, it is distinctly more purple. I happen to love that color also--the larger size has perfect color, exactly like the photo. I love both of my bags.

We rescued Shadow from the streets of Qatar, he was 3 months old and had a broken leg and tail. He has now completely recovered and will be flying to America for a fresh start; this portrait was done to go with him on his journey and for his new owners.
We love him to bits and hope his new owners will too. There is so much cruelty of animals in the Middle East, nice to get at least one animal out and to a good forever home, shame it isn't possible to help them all.
Animals have always been an important part of my life and I relish the challenge of trying to capture their unique personalities and characteristics on canvas. I enjoy exploring various mediums however the seemingly simple pencil is one of my favourites, even though each piece takes many hours of work. I like the way I can control the image layering to add fine detail and depth whilst adding tone and texture. Pastels were my first love and now again I will get the urge for some colour. A new area I am exploring is tinted charcoal pencils and coloured pencils with ink, am loving the detail and depth of colours these combinations can create. Art for me is a continual journey of learning, improving and developing. I am very rarely...
